Absolutely! Whether you have a playful pup, a fluffy bunny, a curious cat, or even a feathered friend, we celebrate pets of all shapes and species. As long as it’s an animal, we’re happy to create a portrait for you.

Yes! We offer portraits featuring one, two, or three pets together. If you'd like to include more than three pets, just reach out to our team and we’ll be happy to assist with a custom request.

Yes! If you prefer to have the portrait designed without your pet's name, please write "NO NAME" in the name box.
What kind of photo should I send?

For best results, send a well-lit, high-resolution image where your pet is facing the camera. Natural light is ideal, and the more visible the face (ears, neck, chest), the better! Try to avoid blurry, filtered, or overhead shots.

If you prefer something instant and flexible, our digital portrait option allows you to receive your artwork via email, ready to print, share, or use however you’d like.

We estimate orders to arrive within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 3 weeks.

Orders over $100: FREE worldwide shipping.
Orders under $100: Flat rate of $10.

Orders can only be cancelled within the first 30 minutes after purchase. As each item is custom-made, once production begins we’re unable to process cancellations or refunds.
