the process was quick to get my mock up and approve that, however, after that it took almost a month to receive my item and i had to email support a couple of times before i received a response which was then not helpful in providing me with an arrival date.

The quality of this case is really incredible, I am a little clumsy when it comes to my phone and I feel my phone is really protected with this case. Also the picture looks just like my dog Beau! It makes me so happy looking down throughout the day and seeing his little face on my phone case!
